The Scalabrini Migration Center (SMC) serves as the secretariat of the Philippine Migrants Rights Watch (PMRW), is a registered civil society network that was established in 1995 to encourage the recognition, protection and fulfillment of Filipino migrants’ rights - both in the Philippines and abroad at all stages of the migration process.
