New health insurance system launched

A new health insurance plan called “Baroda Health Deposit” was recently launched by the Bank of Baroda (BoB) and the New Indian Assurance Company (NIAC) for nationals and migrants in Oman.  Chief officials of the leading bank in India and the insurance company signed an agreement on the new plan, which aims to “encourage savings and underline the importance of health insurance.”
