KATHAMNDU, April 30: As Nepal lacks strong voice in international arena, it has not been able to help Nepali migrant workers who face severe forms of violence and discrimination in foreign lands, government officials admit.

KATHMANDU: The Department of Labour (DoL) has been mulling a concept to introduce work permits for foreign workers after two years of a failed attempt to identify the status of foreign workers in the country.
