Ministry of Finance : Income Tax Filing Regulations for Foreign Workers Employed by Individuals
The National Tax Administration of Central Taiwan Province (NTACT), Ministry of Finance indicates that foreign workers employed by individuals and who have income derived from sources in the Republic of China (ROC) should be taxed in accordance with the legal tax rate.
